TRACK-TIME RULES & CONDITIONS

TRACK SCHEDULE

Your participation in the TRACK is subject to the following Rules, Terms and Conditions:

Drivers must show the Track-time wristband provided at the gate.
Track-time events will take place at the times shown on the Track Schedule.
Each driver will be assigned a track-time block number, depending on the type of vehicle.
Track-time is 20 minutes per vehicle. A second track-time per driver may be granted if there is an open slot.
Driver must be 25 years of age or older.
Must present a valid Drivers License and proof of full-cover insurance.
Must sign a liability waiver.
Must take a 10-minute Safety Course.
Only one driver per vehicle on the track. No ride-along.
A driver may share the 20-minute Track-time with a second driver. Switching drivers will take place at the pit stop. Both drivers must have taken the Safety Course.
Must wear a helmet. You can bring your own, or use one provided by us.

BRANDS & MODELS

The track time is limited to the following brands (no exceptions): ALL MODELS from the following brands: Lamborghini – Bugatti – McLaren – Hennessey – Ferrari – Koenigsegg – Aston Martin – Pagani – Porsche – Rolls-Royce – Bentley – Lotus.
LIMITED BRANDS AND MODELS: Maserati Grand Turismo – Alfa Romeo C4 – BMW i8, all M, 7, 6 5 and 4 series – Mercedes Benz all AMG – Tesla Roadster – Jaguar F-Type, R series – Audi R8 – Nissan GTR – Dodge Viper – Ford GT – Accura NTX.
No trucks.
SUVs, only the following brands/models: Lamborghini Urus, Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Bentley Bentayga, Porsche, BMW X7, X5.
Brands and/or Models not listed here may be allowed on the track at the Track Supervisor’s discretion.

SAFETY ABOVE ALL

Everyone must take a 10-minute Safety Course, no exceptions. No driver will be allowed in the track without a wristband as proof that you have produced your drivers license, insurance and have completed the Safety Course. Absolutely no exceptions.
Must follow all the rules given at the Safety Course.
Any misconduct or breaking of safety rules on the track will be grounds to be expelled.
No alcoholic beverages before track-time.
We understand there will be MSR members, and experienced and professional drivers on the track. However, the H.E.A.F. organizers require everyone to follow these procedures to guarantee we are all on the same page as far as the safety rules and guidelines while on the track.
Let’s have a fun and safe experience!

Each dealership will be responsible for the person that requests a test-drive.
Test-drive speed limit will be 65 MPH.
Every representative from the dealership conducting Test-drives must attend a Safety Meeting and obtain a proper wristband.
Each participating dealership will have to book and register their vehicles and drivers responsible for the Test-drives at least one week before the event (by November 18, 2019).
H.E.A.F. recommends that you extend this offer to actual clients, as a VIP opportunity to experience new models. This will allow us a better and safer control of the track.

Hot-Laps will only be offered to experienced and professional race-car drivers, at the Track Supervisor’s sole discretion.
Only vehicles authorized by the Track Supervisor.
